Upload & describe
Drop your PDF into ProofSign and add a friendly name for downstream audit records.
Start sealing›Upload a PDF once, invite your signers, and send back a sealed, shareable file everyone trusts.
ProofSign is built for the moment your PDF is ready to sign. You can seal it, sign it, and prove it hasn't been altered with an audit trail that's verifiable at any time.
Proof layer
Cryptographic evidence, immutable manifests, and public verification are built into ProofSign, not bolt-ons.
ProofSign is architected with a zero-trust mindset. Every action is authenticated, logged, and backed by cryptographic proofs that you can independently verify.
Every action is timestamped and associated with a verified signer hash.
PDFs are stamped with tamper-evident manifests and final SHA-256 fingerprints.
Least-privilege IAM policies and continuous monitoring keep your documents safe.
Third parties can independently validate ProofSign documents without custom tooling.

Invite signers via secure email. Every participant validates via OTP or magic link.

We embed a manifest, anchor hashes, and return a verifiable PDF ready for distribution.
Start sealing›Answers to the most common ProofSign questions, all rendered server-side for lightning-fast search visibility.
Absolutely. ProofSign runs in an isolated AWS eu-west-2 tenancy with encryption at rest, malware scanning on every upload, and hardware-backed MFA for privileged actions. Each workflow produces an immutable manifest with SHA-256 fingerprints so you can prove the document’s lineage, and our public verifier lets regulators and counterparties confirm seals without logging in.
Yes. As long as the file is a valid PDF under 50MB, ProofSign embeds the manifest, hashes, and signature block needed for verification. Larger files are supported on paid plans via chunked uploads.
We retain signer hashes, device fingerprints, and event logs for seven years by default so you can satisfy audit or regulatory inquiries. Enterprise accounts can customise retention windows via policy.
No. Every sealed PDF includes a public verification link plus embedded metadata. Anyone can drag the file into proofsign.app/verify to confirm its authenticity without logging in.
Absolutely. Simply add their email when configuring a workflow—ProofSign sends them a secure link with OTP verification. You can also mirror invites via API if you need to orchestrate from an existing system.
Any post-seal change invalidates the fingerprint. The ProofSign verifier exposes mismatched hashes immediately, giving you tamper evidence without manual checks.
